Job summary

Gilson in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage daily communication within and across sales, production, and client teams.

You will organize work, schedule tasks, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate account and inventory management, with focus on quality and timely delivery. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will coordinate purchasing and project flow while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Experience with offset/digital printing preferred.
• Detail oriented with problem solving in a data-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with internal and external customers.
