Job summary

TGW Logistics is seeking a Central Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Central Services team and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet customer commitments. You will manage Field Service scheduling, coordinate customer service activities, and support cross-functional communication with Sales and Operations.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating service operations or field service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer confidence.

Responsibilities

• Organizes customer site visits and on-call rotation for the Central Services team while balancing customer production schedules, technician availability, and business priorities.
• Reviews service contracts with Sales and Operations to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.
• Maintains and optimizes a rolling technician schedule by managing resource allocation, travel efficiency, workload balancing, and scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinates onboarding agendas for new team members and schedules required technical training, safety training and certifications.
• Reviews field service reports, work instructions, and operational procedures for professional formatting, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
• Coordinates incoming field services requests and allocates resources as necessary to respond to customer escalations.
