Job summary

Quality Collision Group is seeking a Central Review Specialist to validate collision repair estimates and supplements against insurance carrier guidelines and DRP requirements. This position works from a central office serving multiple shop locations, catching errors early to reduce rejections and re-inspections.

You will collaborate with estimators, shop managers, and insurance desk reviewers, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and ongoing adherence to DRP scorecard guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision repair estimating experience.
• Knowledge of CCC ONE, Mitchell or Audatex platforms.
• Understanding of DRP programs and carrier guidelines.
• Familiarity with vehicle construction and OEM repair procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• I-CAR Platinum, ASE B6 or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review initial estimates and supplements for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify labor operations, finish times, and P-pages logic in estimators.
• Ensure parts pricing and availability meet carrier requirements.
• Confirm documentation before submission (photos, notes, invoices).
• Communicate corrections to estimators and shop managers.
