Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for an estimator-in-training to support its high-volume collision repair network. The role focuses on developing accurate estimates, educating customers on the repair and insurance processes, and ensuring DRP partnerships meet KPI goals.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, professionalism, and timely completion of CYOU and I-CAR trainings, with a strong emphasis on customer service and clear communication throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Arrive every day, on time and ready to learn.
• Commit to 7-9 months for program completion.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Be ambitious and proactive.
• Observe all areas of the location and ask questions.
• Attend calls and participate in trainings.
• Complete all required training including CYOU and I-CAR assignments.
• Submit weekly tracker through end of Stage 2.
• Write as many repair estimates as possible.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop accurate repair estimates to hit profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance, and rights.
• Provide all estimates aligned with DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Provide trusted service by reviewing the repair process with customers.
• greet customers by phone or in person and explain the collision repair process.
