Qualifications

• I-CAR Pro-Level 1 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of DRP writing experience.
• Strong relationships with insurance providers are crucial.
• Knowledge of metal/refinish replacement and repair techniques.
• Proficient with Mitchell and CCC estimating systems, ERAC and DRP management systems.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interacts effectively with co-workers, customers, and insurance representatives.
• Applies organizational skills to maintain consistency and efficiency in repair planning.
• Adheres to the company’s confidentiality policies concerning customer information.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver service excellence.
• Assess customer needs and explain repair process and insurance claims.
• Create accurate repair estimates and manage DRP guidelines.
• Plan repairs, order parts, and coordinate with DRP and insurer partners.
• Ensure OE standards, ADAS calibrations, and proper DRP parts.
• Maintain accurate CCC/DRP records and portals.
• Meet performance metrics including sales and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with DRP, Fleet and Dealer partners.
• Provide clear communication with customers throughout repair process.
