Job summary

Convenience RV in Willis, TX is hiring a Collision Estimator / DRP Coordinator to lead front office work in our collision department. You’ll write complete first estimates in CCC ONE, coordinate with insurers, and guide customers through the process to keep repairs moving and customers informed.

As growth continues, you’ll help build our DRP program, set up estimating workflows, and partner with the Lead Collision / Paint Technician to reduce cycle times while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a collision estimator in a body shop, dealership, or insurance setting.
• Proficient in CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
• Knowledge of insurance claims workflow and DRP basics.
• Strong communication with customers on difficult days.

Responsibilities

• Estimating: Damage inspection, photos, and complete estimates in CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
• Insurer & adjuster work: Submitting estimates, scheduling inspections, and supplements.
• Customer communication: Intake, authorizations, deductibles, rentals, updates, and walk-throughs.
• Parts & production flow: Order and track parts, coordinate repair with Lead Tech.
• DRP program management: Track carrier KPIs, audits, and pursue new relationships.
• Closeout & billing: Final invoices, insurer payments, and complete files.
