Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator who will deliver an exceptional customer experience while estimating vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document required repairs, parts, and communications with customers and insurance companies to drive KPIs in the shop.

The role requires DRP knowledge, 1 year of DRP experience, and I-CAR training readiness. Join a team committed to integrity and high service standards in a fast-paced collision center.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year of DRP experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Way standards for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain store KPIs and uphold Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
