Job summary

HDR, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to guide delivery and growth across all offices in the region. You will report to the Construction Field Services Director and provide technical oversight and staff resources for projects.

You will mentor Field Office Principals, collaborate with business group leads, and implement HDR's quality initiatives while advancing career growth for delivery staff. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class regional directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and support staff resources across projects.
• Collaborate with the Construction Field Services leadership team and regional leads to pursue and deliver CFS services to clients.
• Lead and mentor Field Office Principals and develop future leaders within Construction Field Services.
• Coordinate business processes with HDR leadership and ensure quality, standards and best practices.
• Travel up to 50%.
