Job summary

Seco Tools, a Sandvik subsidiary, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 5–6 person sales team across the Central Plains region. You will drive territory growth, guide key accounts, and partner with customers in aerospace, defense, and manufacturing sectors.

This remote role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and travel up to 50%. You’ll translate strategy into action, coach performance, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver value and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5–7 years in industrial/machining sales
• 3+ years in a people‑leadership role
• Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–6 sales professionals across the Central Plains
• Develop territory growth strategies and drive revenue
• Coach and develop team members with clear feedback
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
• Manage distributor and end‑user relationships and pipeline
