You will coach 5–6 professionals, shape territory growth strategies, and build strong distributor and end‑user relationships to drive revenue and profitability while traveling 50%+ within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales.
• 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
• Proven success managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong CRM, analytics, and digital engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
