You will help connect individuals to BHN programs and community resources, assess risk, and ensure smooth intake workflows. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience; call center or intake experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of BHN programs and community resources helpful.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to communicate with diverse populations.
• Assess risk and work effectively with challenging populations.
• Know BHN substance use programs and access processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with email, databases, and EHR systems helpful.
• Verify insurance when possible.
