Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Central Intake Coordinator to join its Central Intake Division in Western Massachusetts. The role supports access to behavioral health services, working with diverse populations and families.
Strong communication, cultural competence, and basic computer skills are essential. Minimum of 2 years in intake or call center is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Salary Range- $21.00-23.00
