Job summary

MSD is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Immunology in the Central US region. This remote role leads a district-level team of managers and field reps to drive access, engagement, and growth across a distributed customer base.

Qualifications

BA/BS in a relevant field with 10+ years in pharma sales/managed care.
3+ years of people management experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnights.
Experience building regional strategic business plans and omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team of District Managers and sales reps.
Own the customer portfolio and overall customer experience across the region.
Build relationships with senior leaders and industry thought leaders to support engagement.
Align account plans with payer and managed-care considerations to optimize access and reimbursement.
Deliver regional results and meet defined P&L targets.
Contribute to national strategy through cross-functional collaboration and feedback.
