Job summary

MSD is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the West Region in the United States. This field-based leadership role heads District Managers and their teams, driving customer engagement, access, and revenue growth while ensuring compliant operations.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing regional team, align engagement strategies with payers, and push for omnichannel success. Travel up to 50% is required, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in sales, marketing, or managed care within pharma.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years building and managing customer relationships.
• Advanced degree such as MBA or MS preferred.
• Deep immunology experience, especially IBD in GI (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team.
• Own the customer portfolio and overall customer experience.
