Job summary

MSD is seeking a Regional Sales Director (DCO) to lead the Southeast US Immunology sales organization. You will manage District Managers and field reps, drive customer engagement strategies, and own regional P&L.

Travel up to 50% is required to optimize market access and launches. The role demands a proven track record in pharma sales leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet growth and launch objectives in immunology, particularly IBD.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of sales/managed care experience in pharma.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• 3+ years building and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team to execute customer engagement strategies and meet business objectives.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure trusted communications across touchpoints.
• Align account plans with payer and access considerations to optimize reimbursement strategies.
• Deliver regional results and meet P&L targets.
• Provide input to set annual financial goals for the region.
