Job summary

Cooper Spirits International is seeking a connected, entrepreneurial sales professional to grow Slow & Low and Lock Stock & Barrel across Central Florida. This field-based role builds relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers, and hospitality groups to drive brand presence and sales.

You will work with SGWS and a distributor network to close opportunities, drive repeat sales, and expand menu placements and retail distribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in spirits, beverage sales preferred.
• Established relationships in Tampa Bay and/or Orlando.
• Knowledge of the three-tier system and distributors.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build new business with bars, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and hospitality groups across Tampa Bay and Orlando.
• Secure Slow & Low cocktail menu placements, Old Fashioned features, and retail distribution.
• Introduce Lock Stock & Barrel to influential whiskey accounts and premium retailers.
• Collaborate with SGWS representatives to identify opportunities and turn placements into ongoing business.
• Identify tastings, sampling events, and local activations to drive trial and sales.
• Build and manage your own account pipeline from introduction to placement to reorder.
• Share market insights and ideas to help the company grow smarter and faster.
