Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Central Florida area. This full-time, remote, field-based position focuses on strengthening client partnerships and developing new business opportunities across the Central Florida territory.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. The role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience required.
• Experience in investigative services preferred.
• CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Run 2-3 client meetings per week, half in person and half virtual.
• Account Growth: Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Business Development: Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Full Sales Cycle: Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Proposals and CRM: Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Industry Presence: Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and collaborate with internal teams on onboarding.
