Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance sales or agency development experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive premium growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and agency partners.
• Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand distribution.
• Deliver product training and ongoing sales support to partners.
• Conduct regular agency visits to strengthen relationships and production.
• Monitor market trends and territory performance to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting and marketing to support agency success.
• Analyze sales results and provide performance updates and strategic recommendations.
