Qualifications

• 3 years of proven field sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales technologies.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with independent agencies within your designated territory.
• Identify decision makers and key contacts within the agency.
• Ensure agencies know our contact points for inquiries.
• Familiarize yourself with the agency's history and operations.
• Assess growth and profitability opportunities within agencies.
• Analyze agency size, volume, target customers, and lead-gen methods.
• Understand barriers to adopting our products/services.
• Position our products effectively using gathered insights.
• Highlight features aligned with agency needs and goals.
• Establish clear commitments with timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure results are trackable and measurable.
• Conduct 16-20 in-person sales calls per week.
• Allocate time per call (about 1 hour).
• Manage schedule for travel and admin tasks.
• Maintain a shared calendar and document visits within 24 hours.
