Job summary

United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue by connecting with independent agencies in the Orlando area. You will identify decision makers, build lasting relationships, and target growth opportunities while balancing extensive travel and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and is comfortable using CRM tools. Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

3 years of proven field sales experience with targets met.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Initiate contact with independent agencies within your territory.
Identify decision makers and key contacts within the agency.
Build relationships and educate agencies on UAIC offerings.
Manage travel between appointments and schedule efficiently.
Document visits with detailed notes within 24 hours.
