Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to lead and optimize billing for a range of services across the firm. The role involves collaborating with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure accurate invoicing, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring WIP and billing trends.

You will analyze billing data, prepare reports, and support the revenue cycle through A/R postings and related activities. A strong focus on accuracy, communication, and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to align billing expectations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies or errors.
• Analyze billing patterns and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with new client setup, data validation, and maintenance of Billing Schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and issues.
• Support revenue cycle activities including A/R posting, adjustments, and helpdesk tasks.
• Provide training and mentorship to Coordinators and new hires on billing processes.
