Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to champion client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs, engagement teams, and leadership to process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and monitor payments.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, accuracy, and timeliness of billing, with opportunities to contribute to revenue cycle management and process improvements within CLA.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and progress.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies or errors in billing information.
• Analyze billing trends and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
• Process and monitor invoices, ensuring out-of-scope activities are properly billed and reported.
• Assist with revenue cycle activities and provide financial analysis on a regular basis.
