Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to champion client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with Client Relationship Leaders (CRLs), engagement teams, and Leadership to process invoices, monitor billing activity, and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.

This role emphasizes accuracy and timeliness of invoices and payments, performing financial analysis, and supporting revenue cycle activities, including A/R posting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies or errors; assist Coordinators as needed.
• Analyze billing rates and trends to ensure consistency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Process and monitor invoices to ensure accuracy; prepare reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist with revenue cycle management tasks, A/R posting, and maintenance of billing schedules.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Coordinators and contribute to training materials.
