Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to lead client billing and practice management for services across the firm. You will collaborate with CRLs, engagement teams, and leadership to ensure invoices are accurate and timely while resolving billing discrepancies.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of billing processes within CLA’s revenue cycle management framework.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s in business or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to align billing with industry standards and project progress.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies or errors.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness; handle out-of-scope billing.
• Prepare and submit billing reports and analyze WIP, profitability, and cashflow.
• Assist with revenue cycle management including A/R posting and adjustments.
• Provide training and support to Coordinators on billing processes.
