Lakeview Center is seeking a Central Access Specialist in Pensacola, FL. The role supports centralized screening, access coordination, and referral scheduling to clinical providers.

You will gather initial screening data and liaise with CCR to schedule appointments, ensuring timely service access across programs. The position requires an AA degree (or equivalent) with relevant medical/business office experience, strong communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of clinical/business practice requirements for access to services.
• Experience with insurance authorizations is a plus.
• Able to pass background screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Support centralized screening and access to program areas.
• Coordinate with CCR to manage access scheduling and gather initial screening info.
• Provide support for Clinical Assessment scheduling and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of program areas and provider network statuses.
