Job summary

Lakeview Center is hiring a Central Access Specialist in Pensacola, FL. You will join the Access Team to support centralized screening and access to multiple program areas, coordinating with the CCR team to gather intake information and schedule referrals to Clinical Assessment Specialists.

You will maintain knowledge of program areas and provider network status, ensuring timely daily tasks and delivering quality customer service in a compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• AA degree in the area of responsibility with 3 years of relevant medical/business office experience or a high school diploma with 5 years related experience.
• Must have working knowledge of clinical/business practice requirements related to access to services.
• Understanding of insurance authorizations and practice requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Central Access Team in centralized screening and access to program areas.
• Coordinate with the CCR team to manage access scheduling and gather initial screening information.
• Provide support for the Central Access Assessment teams and schedule initial appointments with the designated program provider.
