Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Burleson, TX, seeks a production supervisor to oversee the general management of employees in the production areas. You will supervise performance and scheduling, lead inventory control, and work with donors to resolve concerns to ensure efficient operations.

You will also analyze opportunities for non-conforming events and perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shift.
• Tolerance for glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
