Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Spring, TX is seeking a supervisor to oversee production-area staff, manage scheduling, and drive inventory control. You will work with donors to resolve concerns and analyze non-conforming events while performing Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
