Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail store operations and sales processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store.
• Ensure staff are trained, scheduled, and productive.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product freshness.
• Oversee compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies.
• Support department manager with staffing, training, and performance development.
• Participate in daily huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked department and engage customers.
