Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two years retail experience preferred.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and bookkeeping skills.
• Spanish language ability desirable depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory in department and ensure product freshness.
• Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, count or weight.
• Lead a team for stocking, production, and related tasks; manage date-sensitive rotation.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines and company policies are followed.
• Develop and monitor department goals and forecasts.
