Festival Foods is seeking a Center Store Assistant Manager-PM to provide operational leadership across Grocery, Frozen/Dairy, Natural & Organic, and HBC/GM departments. The role shifts focus daily to meet business needs and supports afternoon and night operations, guest experience, and pricing accuracy.

The position partners with Center Store leadership to train teammates, maintain standards, and ensure safe, efficient store operation.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or restaurant preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the retail food business, especially non-perishable department operations, and strong merchandising skills.
• Familiarity with store operations and the ability to coordinate with store and vendor teams.
• Ability to make timely decisions, communicate in a fast-paced environment, and manage a diverse team.
• Understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support Center Store departments, adapting based on daily business needs.
• Ensure leadership continuity when Center Store Manager is absent.
• Train, coach, and re-train associates to ensure high performance.
• Maintain department standards including inventory, pricing, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Store Director and managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Verify timekeeping and communicate scheduling issues to HR.
• Assist guests with product location and special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and back stock areas.
• Provide feedback and assist with performance reviews.
