Festival Foods, located in Hales Corners, WI, seeks a Center Store Assistant Manager-PM to lead and support multiple departments during afternoon and night shifts. This role ensures inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, training of associates, and exceptional guest experiences across Grocery, Frozen/Dairy, Natural & Organic, and HBC/GM.

Qualifications

• Leads and supports Center Store departments to meet daily priorities.
• Strong merchandising know-how and ability to optimize displays.
• Decisive, communicates clearly in fast-paced retail environments.
• Ability to train, coach and supervise department staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Center Store across Grocery, Frozen/Dairy, Natural & Organic, and HBC/GM.
• Step in for Center Store Manager(s) to maintain operations and standards.
• Train and coach associates to ensure high performance and guest service.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and cleanliness to meet department standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director and managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and report scheduling issues.
• Assist guests with questions, locations, and special orders.
• Support closing procedures as needed and ensure safety compliance.
