You will train and guide associates, ensure department standards, and collaborate with Store Directors and managers to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or restaurant.
• Strong merchandising and knowledge of non-perishable department operations.
• Familiarity with store operations and coordination with store/vendor teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support Center Store departments as daily business needs require.
• Step in to lead teams in the absence of the Center Store Manager.
• Train, coach, and re-train associates to ensure high performance and guest service.
• Maintain department standards including inventory levels, pricing, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Store Director and managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and address scheduling issues with HR.
• Assist guests with product location, special orders, and questions.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization in work areas and sales floor.
• Assist with performance reviews and corrective actions when needed.
• Be ready to cover register and support store closing procedures.
