Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a high-energy, guest-focused team and partner with the Center Sales Director to drive growth and KPIs.

You’ll coach front-of-house staff, manage scheduling, timesheets and payroll, and help execute local marketing while ensuring every guest leaves confident, cared for, and eager to return. This is a full-time, hourly leadership role with strong earning potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Experience coaching teams to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Guest Service Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and payroll processing.
• Co-lead coaching sessions and conduct one-on-one conversations.
• Review timesheets and ensure accurate payroll.
