Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness or fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Comfortable talking about sales, goals and KPIs and motivating a team.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team: train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
• Co-lead Strut sessions and facilitate one-on-one coaching conversations.
• Review employee timesheets and support payroll processing.
