European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a modern facility. You will lead by example and ensure every guest has a memorable visit.

You will train and coach Associates, recruit and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians, sell Wax Passes, and manage loss prevention, expenses and cleanliness while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Competitive hourly wage with bonuses.

• Effective communication skills in guest relations and coaching.
