Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a front-of-house team and partner with the Center Sales Director to achieve sales targets and guest satisfaction.

This hourly, full-time leadership role emphasizes coaching, payroll accuracy, and hands-on guest service excellence. You’ll drive guest loyalty and store operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process, accurate payroll, and a positive, energetic center environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Current Key Holder or emerging leader ready for next step.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Guest Service Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and onboard new team members; assist scheduling and staffing.
• Drive sales and KPIs through coaching and real-time feedback.
• Educate guests on Wax Passes, Services, and Products; close sales.
• Oversee front desk operations, inventory, deposits, and center cleanliness.
