Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) in Boston to lead a front-line team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will coach Guest Service Associates, onboard new teammates, and help manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations to ensure smooth center performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
