European Wax Center, Inc. in Marlborough, MA seeks an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead the Guest Service team and advance the Center Leadership Team’s goals. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure a welcoming, efficient center that guests want to return to.

You will manage scheduling, payroll input, and daily operations while fostering accountability and energetic teamwork. The role offers strong earning potential and growth within a fast-paced retail beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or fast-paced environments.
• Current Key Holder or emerging leader ready for next step.
• Enjoy coaching people to win and hitting sales KPIs.
• Comfortable discussing sales goals and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Guest Service team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Onboard new hires and set them up for success from day one.
• Assist scheduling, shift coverage and payroll processes.
• Coach team with Strut sessions and one-on-one coaching.
• Drive sales and guest loyalty through coaching and real-time feedback.
