European Wax Center, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional guest experience while applying EWC Growth core values.

You will partner with the Center Sales Director to drive KPI’s, sales through guest acquisition and retention, and staff development. This is a full-time, hourly role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and daily front-of-house operations.
• Strong interpersonal communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and train Associates; manage schedules and timesheets.
• Oversee guest payments, bookings, and Wax Pass promotions.
• Support Center Manager with marketing, inventory, and safety initiatives.
