EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Center Sales Director in Chicago to lead a center’s performance, develop a winning team, and craft an elevated guest experience. You will own day‑to‑day success across sales, service, talent development, and operations, coaching a high‑performing team to hit ambitious targets.

The role rewards strong leadership with an average base plus uncapped commissions, paid monthly. You’ll drive local marketing and partnerships to add guests while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Team leadership and talent development.
• Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Guest service and sales expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Drive service and retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive stronger sales and elevated guest experience.
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Build and lead a high‑performance team with accountability and energy.
• Oversee schedules, timekeeping, payroll, deposits, and other admin duties.
