Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in health administration, business or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations Manager with opening/closing the center.
  • Manage day-to-day scheduling and adjustments under OM oversight.
  • Maintain client/employee files and HIPAA-compliant records.
  • Help with inventory, supplies, and equipment tracking.
  • Provide welcoming customer service and front-desk support.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required.
