Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in admin, event mgmt, marketing support, or related role.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and orient them to Center offerings and services.
• Assist with opening/closing, key control, and safety compliance.
• Maintain readiness and cleanliness of Center and inventory.
• Plan and support programs and events, on- and off-site.
• Create flyers and manage Center's social media and communications.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and maintain reports.
