Job summary

Lincare Holdings seeks a senior supervisor to lead Service Representatives, Health care Specialists, and Customer Service Representatives in a Washington center. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage safety, compliance, and equipment delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating benefits/evaluations, vendor relationships, inventory control, and fleet maintenance. DOT/CDL certification and computer literacy are required for operational supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years experience in similar industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge of products
• Work with limited supervision as an individual has primary responsibility for total operations of a center
• Must be DOT certified and possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or have to have the ability to obtain one
• Must be computer literate

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates for service representatives
• Assist with employee files, including coordination of employee benefits and evaluations for service representatives
• Interact with Medical Professionals in the community
• Implement safety programs in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations that apply to DOT and FDA
• Knowledgeable of Medicare, insurance rules and regulations, community resources and medical equipment availability
• Responsible for CHAP effort for the center
• Responsible for organizing and focusing on special programs
• Control inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies
• Responsible for growth of the customer base through excellence in customer service
• Responsible for the profitability of the center and for implementing and directing cost controls
• Promote effective written/verbal communications
• Maintain a fleet of leased vehicles including routine preventive maintenance and follow up of major maintenance, record keeping and inspections are critical
• Ensure the quality and safe delivery of medical equipment to patients
• May perform equipment set-ups in customers' homes (oxygen equipment, concentrators, reservoirs)
• May perform on-call duties on a rotational basis, including responding to call outs at night and weekends
• May serve as a backup when other employees are out due to absenteeism
