Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead Service Representatives, Health Care Specialists, and Customer Service Representatives in Washington. The role emphasizes hiring, training, and ongoing supervision to ensure quality patient care and strong center performance.

The position requires DOT familiarity, a CDL or ability to obtain one, and solid computer skills. You will coordinate safety programs, manage inventory, and drive customer growth while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of three years experience in a similar industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge of products.
Work with limited supervision; total operations of a center.
Must be DOT certified and possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or have the ability to obtain one.
Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates for service representatives.
Assist with employee files, benefits, and evaluations for service representatives.
Interact with Medical Professionals in the community.
Implement safety programs and maintain records per DOT and FDA regulations.
Know Medicare, insurance rules/regulations, and medical equipment availability.
Responsible for CHAP efforts and special programs at the center.
Control inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies.
Drive growth of the customer base through exceptional service.
