Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise candidates for service representatives
• Assist with employee files, benefits, and evaluations for service representatives
• Interact with Medical Professionals in the community
• Implement safety programs and maintain DOT/FDA-compliant records
• Knowledge of Medicare, insurance rules, and medical equipment availability
• Oversee CHAP initiatives for the center
• Organize and lead special programs
• Control inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies
• Drive center growth through excellent customer service
• Ensure profitability and implement cost controls
• Promote effective written and verbal communications
• Maintain leased-vehicle fleet and preventive maintenance program
• Record keeping and inspections of vehicles
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of medical equipment to patients
• May perform equipment set-ups at patients' homes (oxygen equipment, concentrators, reservoirs)
• May participate in on-call duties on rotation (night/weekends)
• Serve as backup when staff are absent
