Job summary

You will interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates; assist with employee files, benefits, and evaluations; coordinate safety, equipment delivery, fleet maintenance, and CHAP efforts; oversee inventory, purchasing, and center profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a related industry.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of products offered.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• DOT certification and CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality service candidates.
• Assist with employee files, benefits, and evaluations.
• Interact with medical professionals in the community.
• Implement safety programs and maintain regulatory records.
• Know Medicare, insurance rules, and equipment availability.
• Oversee CHAP efforts and special programs.
• Manage inventory and procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Grow the customer base through superior service.
• Ensure center profitability and cost control implementation.
• Maintain fleet with preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure safe delivery of medical equipment; may perform home set-ups.
• May perform on-call duties; may back up other staff.
