Northwest Extremity Specialists in Cedar Mill, OR seeks an Assistant Center Operations Director (ACOD) to support the Regional Operations Director in delivering optimal patient care and service. The ACOD will help lead center support staff and manage front office operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.

The role emphasizes coordinating activities, facility management, patient flow, and collaboration with clinicians, with responsibilities ranging from scheduling and budgeting to policy

Formación

• Three or more years of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Supervisory experience with medical office management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient relations experience.
• Proven track record in customer service and training others.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assign staff.
• Help ensure the financial performance of the center.
• Assist in developing and maintaining policies, procedures and training programs.
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating center operations personnel.
• Assist in preparation and review of operational reports and budgets.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets.
• Coordinate all administrative (front office) functions of the medical practice.
• Collaborate with senior management to revise standard operating policies and procedures.
• Work with management, staff and physicians across departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
