Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director to run a Montbello center, lead a team of clinicians and staff, and influence growth, quality, and family experience.

This role offers a high-impact leadership track with potential for multi-site advancement, strong collaboration with clinicians, and a mission-driven environment focused on early intervention and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Previous people management experience, leading high-performing teams of 8-10+ people.
• 2–3+ years of managing operations in a healthcare/clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as local owner of center performance against forecasted goals, including budget, utilization, and efficiency.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, billing, cleanliness, and parent communication.
• Partner with market and regional leadership to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Provide calm, clear leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee non-clinical family experience and onboarding for families.
