Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead a high-performing clinic, drive growth, and enhance family experience. You will own center performance, lead a multidisciplinary team, and partner with clinicians to ensure excellence and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3+ years of managing strong operations.
• Experience leading teams of 8–10 or more people.

Responsibilities

• Own the center’s performance against forecasted goals, including budget and utilization.
• Drive execution of operating systems: scheduling, staffing, billing efficiency, cleanliness, parent communication.
• Lead with calm, clarity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Own non-clinical caregiver experience and ensure clear, timely communication with families.
• Develop and coach staff; partner with lead clinician to support clinical excellence and retention.
